William Reed

William (Bill) is an experienced Enneagram professional. He brings over fifteen years of teaching and practicing the principles of the Enneagram. He owns a management consulting firm in Chicago that focuses on transformative opportunities for businesses, groups, and individuals seeking greater self-awareness, a deeper understanding of others, and learning the tools to improve and enhance open and effective communication skills. Bill spent 40+ years as a senior media executive with a global Fortune 500 corporation, CEO of two private equity-backed mid-size media companies, and served as the VP of Philanthropy for a large non-profit senior living organization. He became a certified Enneagram teacher, trainer, and to ‘give back’ and share his knowledge and experience of working with a wide range of people throughout his robust media career. Bill also works as an independent contractor for The Enneagram Group, a global Enneagram resources group, interviewing individuals worldwide seeking to know their Enneagram-type structure and to learn more about the Enneagram. Bill is a graduate of DePaul University. He has completed extensive executive and personal development courses with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Greensboro, Myers-Briggs, Gallup Strengths Finder, and DiSC.
