Theresa Branaugh is excited to be joining TNE’s board and hopes to be able to contribute her teaching, curriculum development and writing skills to an organization she admires and appreciates deeply. In 2021, after retiring as a high school English teacher, she applied to TNE’s teacher certification program. She chose TNE because it was the only accredited organization. As an educator, she understood the rigor required for this designation. She graduated from the program in January, 2025.
Theresa’s experiences with TNE workshops have been deeply meaningful. Though she was not connected to the school during Helen and David’s leadership, she has been so grateful for the wisdom, expertise, and spiritual leadership offered by the current core teachers. In addition to completing the certification work, Theresa attended the final in-person retreat at Vallambrosa and has attended virtually the last two Bergamo retreats. She has participated in many of Jack Killan’s important workshops that explore the neurobiological connections to the Enneagram.
Theresa believes that working with the Enneagram can support and nourish us as we travel our hero’s journey. She has experienced this first-hand and, as a teacher, hopes to facilitate this opportunity for others. The opportunities for self-discovery and spiritual growth, using the tool of personal narrative offered by TNE, provides pathways to deepen and strengthen our relationships with ourselves and others. As a board member, she hopes to make meaningful contributions to this important organization.
