Her educational background in psychology and organizational management, combined with her certification as a coach, supports a masterful approach to transformative leadership development. Jenny’s coaching clients worldwide include leaders, professionals, high-potential managers and teams facing ever-changing requirements, less resources and increased demands during times of change and cultural transformation. By expanding their leadership skills, she helps them achieve high-value, sustainable results. Jenny is a Certified Riso-Hudson Enneagram Teacher and an Accredited Professional with the International Enneagram Association (IEA), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Organizational Management.
