Catie Bilz M.Ed., LPCC is mental health counselor, mom, and lifelong learner who was lucky enough to have the Enneagram fall into her lap during a huge life transition in 2015. Catie began utilizing the Enneagram first through reflective supervision in her work as an Infant Mental Health Therapist, then as a powerful tool in her work with clients in private practice. Catie completed her training with The Narrative Enneagram, and became a certified practitioner in 2018, just before the birth of her first son.

One of the most important aspects of the Enneagram work for Catie is the transformative power of community. Catie has been an active member in TNE community; you may have even seen her on a panel or two! She has been a member of the TNE mentorship program and both the Menlo Park and Bergamo Learning Communities. This has given her a unique opportunity to learn and grow with some of the most experienced members of the TNE community.

Catie left her counseling practice to focus on motherhood after the birth of her second son and has continued to find ways to be a part TNE, an organization that has been a continual support of her personal and spiritual growth. Being a part of the board was a welcomed next step in increasing involvement in the growth. Catie brings her experience in work with families over the lifespan and a deep love for this system and organization.
