Andrea Andress

Andrea Andress unites 40 years of leadership with spiritual direction and intense study of the Enneagram to offer help and understanding in the spiritual journey. Andrea is a Spiritual Director (Shalem Institute, 1995) and became a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher in 2005 with Helen Palmer and David Daniels. She was one of the founding mothers of the Arizona Enneagram Association in 2008 and a teacher with the group. The AEA has now merged with the TNE, and Andrea will continue to teach. She leads workshops, conducts Enneagram interviews, book studies and works with individuals concerning Spiritual Direction and the Enneagram. She also leads guided meditations and has an album titled: Meditation by the Numbers-9 Paths for Meditation. (See CDBaby or iTunes) Andrea and her husband Robin live in Las Cruces, NM. They have two boys and three grandchildren.
