Discover that you are more than your Enneagram type, move from automatic patterns to an authentic life, and invite yourself into courageous, open-hearted living.
- What are the barriers that prevent you from deepening your heart’s capacity to receive and offer love? What is your experience of your Essence? Join Sandra Smith for a one-day workshop to explore practices for welcoming presence and accessing all three centers of intelligence.
- Teachings will include Presence and Receptivity, how to work with contraction and expansion in the body, and practical applications to support you in moving from automatic patterns to an authentic life. Small group conversations and dyad inquiry will enrich our learning experience.
- During our time together, you will:
- – Gain a deeper understanding of each type’s Ego Ideal and the small version of us it supports
- – Learn several simple practices you can use any time to support being present to yourself and turning inward
- – Build a list of your internal and external resources available to support you in difficult times
- By exploring who you are beyond our type, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your inherent goodness and compassion that supports open-hearted living.
- No prerequisites. Students with all levels of Enneagram knowledge are encouraged to join. We welcome and encourage all spiritual backgrounds and identifications.
