Overview
Our personality type is not only in our mind! Join us for a 4-week workshop focused on body, breath, and emotion for the nine personality types.
- The Enneagram is a holistic system, and for deeper work and practical results we need to include working with the heart and body. In this class led by Peter O’Hanrahan, we will explore the somatic patterns of the nine personality types including neurobiology and temperament, patterns of body armor, and specific practices for embodiment.
- Peter O’Hanrahan will guide you through:
- • Neurobiology and temperament for each type
- • Nine somatic structures and the defenses
- • Nine types and patterns of body armor: how withheld emotions lead to chronic tension or numbness
- • Breathing patterns and conscious breathing practices for each type
- • Non-verbal communication from each enneagram type
- Each day includes a combination of presentation, discussion, and time for questions. You’ll also receive a digital copy of the Embodied Enneagram Handbook.
- Presentation portions will be recorded and sent to all registrants

- Standard Registration: $125

- Prerequisites
- No prerequisites. Students with all levels of Enneagram knowledge are encouraged to join.
- Technical Requirements
- You will need a computer with internet access to participate in this program. Headphones are optional, but may be necessary.

- Final day to cancel and receive a partial refund: January 18, 2025
