Conscious Parenting with the Enneagram

Do you want to move beyond habitual reactivity and build meaningful new connections with your child? Join Jeannie Armbruster to understand how over-identification with your type as a parent can set up your child to experience the suffering your type works to avoid. Then, apply the wisdom of the Enneagram and engage somatic practices to forge more intentional connections.

This workshop is perfect for parents whether their children are toddlers or grown adults with children of their own and offers insights for therapists and practitioners to better support their clients in conscious parenting.

During this 4-week workshop, you will:

• – Identify specific areas where each type structure (most importantly your own) creates a disconnect in conscious parenting
• – Use somatic practices to locate reactivity and resources in your body so you can move beyond overwhelm and meet your child with new levels of conscious awareness
• – Consciously move from habitual reactions to meeting your child's needs in the present moment and building meaningful new connections with them
• – Learn a process of repair to mend your relationship with your child and equip them to make repair in their relationships throughout life

• No prerequisites. Students with all levels of Enneagram knowledge are encouraged to join.
