Lynn Holden
After studying spiritual formation, training as a spiritual director and becoming licensed as a professional counselor, Lynn has embraced the wisdom and practice of the Enneagram for the multi-dimensional, evolutionary journey of transformation we are all invited into. (Most recently she has become particularly interested in neuroscience and the essential somatic element!) Through Cultivating Awareness, she encourages contemplative curiosity, generous self-compassion, and a process-orientation. Lynn primarily works with individuals 1:1 (virtually and in-person) and contributes to retreats and workshops when invited to do so.

The Enneagram has been foundational to all of my work for the last 20 plus years. Coaching for the…

He was certified as a Narrative Tradition teacher at Vallombrosa in 2004, when his interests in the intersections of science, contemplative spiritual practices, and the Enneagram also took root in the endlessly fascinating collaboration he and his colleagues call the Patterns of Developmental Pathways group.
