N’SHAMA STERLING values inquiry, self-reflection, and compassionate listening which are the core of her work with the Enneagram. Deeply immersed in the art and practice of spiritual guidance, her holistic approach, wisdom, and intuition supports deepening learning and transformation as part of the journey of the soul. 

N’Shama (BSEE, MA ABS) has been a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher since 2002. She brought the Enneagram into The Boeing Company, worked extensively with executive coaches for Vistage, built a strong Enneagram community in Seattle, and designed and led spiritually oriented programs for groups of individual seekers. She relishes the mentoring process and helping mentees in developing unconscious strengths.
