I have a passion for bringing the Enneagram to organizations and helping people develop into becoming a better version of themselves. Integrating my business understanding with human developmental skills helps me work effectively with leaders and teams of several organizations throughout Mexico. The areas I support and develop are Sales, Leadership, Teams, Communication and Conflict Management among others. I am a Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher, and have taught TNE Intensives in Mexico and online. I am a Certified Business Coach with diplomas in areas of Human Development, Gestalt Training and Psychodrama Diploma. I also have attended Ginger Lapid-Bogda's trainings in Leadership, Coaching and Organizational Development. I majored in international business, and my work experience with Fortune 500 companies includes 3M, Toyota, Holcim Apasco, TELMEX, Santander Bank and more. www.ebcm.com.mx
