She aligns her business mission with the UN's interlinked Sustainable Development Goals to achieve a better and more sustainable future for all, specifically those around Climate Action, Life Below Water and on Land, and Gender Equality.
A Washington DC area native, Laura brings close to two decades of operational executive experience in a founder-led, mission-driven professional services firm. Over the years she's led and developed multiple cross-functional teams, building collaborative cultures, and creating sustainable products and systems. Her background also includes the creation of a non-profit community organization, five years in publishing, and spinning discs as a deejay. She is honored to serve on the Executive Committee for Stepping Stones Shelter in Rockville, MD, and as Membership Chair for the Women's Business Organization (Montgomery County).
Aside from being a certified practitioner of the Narrative Enneagram, Laura is a certified practitioner of the Tilt 365 Positive Influence Predictor and True Tilt Personality Profile, and a certified QA in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She holds certificates in Generative Team Coaching, Climate Change Coaching, Change Management, Organizational Development, and Consulting Skills. She earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, with a concentration in Film & Theater, and is proficient in French.
