Kevin Hiebert is the founder and president of Resonate Coaching.  As a leadership and team development trainer and change consultant Kevin has the passion and skills to transform individuals, teams and organizations. He is passionate about integrating the inner and outer dimensions both at the individual and collective levels in the service of a new leadership paradigm. 

Resonate’s Breakthrough Team Development program utilizes the Enneagram to build team cohesion, alignment and action and creates a team will achieve greater productivity and sustainability.  Kevin leads retreats, facilitates group meetings and trainings.
