My Enneagram practice began in 2002 while I was a team researcher for the Ministry of Public Health in Thailand. We were working on a project titled 'A New Paradigm For How to Learn to be Healthy,' the Enneagram was one of the critical topics we studied. Meanwhile, I got invited to participate in different Enneagram group studies and workshops to teach mindfulness. That experience allowed me to start my Enneagram practice. In 2003, I was certified as an Enneagram teacher at The Enneagram Thai Institute and created “Yosuda: Mindfulness-Based Yoga and Enneagram"  for more info: WWW. Yosuda.com

I'm a well-known Mindfulness and Yoga teacher from Thailand with over 25 years of experience. I have authored nine books on Mindfulness and Yoga. My Enneagram work focuses on helping people find happiness and peace of mind and gain self-awareness and self-compassion for themselves and others, which aims for liberty and joy. I have learned that experience and skill from my Enneagram practice and am eager to share.

I had a variety of professional training in the corporation as a public Affairs, Adjunct Professor, business owner, school president, director, counselor for the Recovery Center, researcher, teacher, healer, and coach. It cultivated my skill in creating an Enneagram session, programs, and curriculum for a group or one-on-one setting. Whatever purpose you seek: team building, therapy, personal or professional growth, relationship, education, parenting, couple counseling, and conflict solving. I'm happy to work for you and be with you.

As a school president, I integrated the Enneagram for upper elementary school students to help them discover and learn about themselves; then, the teachers and school members had a chance to train the Enneagram through teamwork.

As a Program Director, counselor, and mentor for the Mindfulness Recovery Center, I introduced the Enneagram as a primary tool that the recovery members could use to find the cause of their stress from anxiety, depression, distress, shame, and anger. This work inspired hope, fostered their well-being, and help them through difficulties.

As a grateful Enneagram type 4, I have developed strengths from my wings and arrows. Through years of practice, I have cultivated a deep connection to mindfulness, yoga, and Enneagram. My Enneagram, mindfulness, and yoga work have become solid work I can confidently share. I am always interested in and curious to learn about people, especially those facing difficulty and suffering. That has helped me become an active listener and learner in what I'm doing and becoming. I am grounded, stable, disciplined, profound, pragmatic, and perseverant. I am thankful for the Enneagram, a practice that has become integral to my life and work, helping me and the people around me to understand better and be compassionate with others.

An Enneagram mentor from TNE described my work as “delicate.” Client surveys describe my work as pragmatic, grounding, compassionate, and bringing presence. This positive feedback is a testament to my expertise and the impact of my work, providing reassurance and confidence to my clients and students. For more information about my work, click here: WWW.
