Janice Lahti

I’m an executive coach who specializes in individual, team and organizational effectiveness.  

With more than three decades of on-the-job senior business and HR leadership experience, I connect theory with practice to provide solutions that accelerate the development and performance of teams and leaders.  

I am passionate about coaching as a strategic tool for taking leaders and teams to a new level of excellence.  I act as a thinking partner with clients to help tackle performance challenges and provide advice that gets businesses across the goal line. I approach coaching with the unique perspective of someone who has lived the experiences of the professionals I work with.  

I use a variety of assessments to support goal setting and growth. The enneagram is a particularly helpful tool to quickly assess barriers to success and I employ it extensively in both the assessment and coaching phases of my client engagements.  

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce, certifications with the Narrative Enneagram and the Birkman Method, I am positioned to provide value to clients.  Before establishing my coaching business in 2012, I built a successful career culminating as President of a Canadian school bus enterprise and later as the Executive Vice President of Business Transformation for the North American division of an international transportation organization.
