Ashley Wilson

Co-founder and a leadership coach for Leader Design Co; our mission is to ignite growth and transformation for leaders through self-awareness and personal development. My home base is South Carolina, but our team at LDC partners with leaders and organizations across the country. I combine the Enneagram with over decade of experience in organizational development and talent management, and my focused areas of expertise are human resources, leadership coaching, project management, and workshop facilitation. 

I received my master’s in business administration and undergraduate degree from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina. I am a certified Enneagram teacher through the IEA accredited Narrative Tradition. I am a DISC and Predictive Index coach and as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Facilitator.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, Blake, and our two dogs: Hank and Zoey.
